Founder & Managing Partner
Jim has worked for 15 years across China and SE Asia on a range of events and magazines. As the Founder and CEO of Adapt, Jim is professionally driven to deliver quality with integrity. Now entering its 6th year, growth has been consistent under Jim’s lead and as well as operations, Jim is still positioned across Sales and Account Management where he delivers innovative results for all and leads by example. He also assists Product development and the evolution and clear differentiated value of Adapt’s offerings. As well as a NSW Small Business Excellence nomination, Adapt entered Fairfax’s BRW 2014 Top 100 Start Up list at 55th – Jim’s 3rd time there – previously as MD of Strategic Path, an award-winning ICT publisher, he steered the company to make the list in both 2009 and 2010.
Jan Rudnick is a Director and part business owner of Adapt. As one of the founding members of Adapt, Jan is responsible for global sales and marketing management, managing the process of organizational change, devising and implementing strategies to grow businesses, leading cross-functional teams, client project delivery, building the brand and driving value creation in emerging and established C-Level communities. He has 8 years’ experience in multinational media and event organisations, prior to which he started his career in Strategy Consulting. Jan has an extensive legacy of connecting fresh ideas with corporate Australia across the entire capability spectrum of IT, financial, professional and supply chain services to improve business performance and productivity.
Brett’s vast knowledge covers 20 years in the Telecoms, IT and Events space across Australia, China, Asia Pacific and the World. From such experience he has gathered a deep understanding and premonition of up-and-coming trends, even sometimes before they hit the market. He is an avid tech reader and researcher. He also has strong roots in International Business, Management, Organization & Organizational Development. Brett is customer facing and helps all stakeholders maximize their outcomes – often learning from Adapt in the process. Matthew leads Adapt’s Delegate Acquisition Team, bringing the delegation together for each summit, with an intelligent and strategic outcome in mind for all. Understanding the commercial value of professional networking and introductions, Matthew has a strong focus on customer experience and strives to exceed expectations, especially onsite. He is constantly analysing feedback from our C-Suite and partner communities in order to best understand current trends and challenges within the market, leading to more intelligent and effective conversations. Nick is Adapt’s Chief Data Officer and as such is responsible for crunching data and analysing feedback from our C-Suite and partner communities in order to best understand current trends and challenges within the market. This ensure the right people are brought together at the right time to discuss the most important strategic issues to them, their company and industry. Understanding the commercial value of professional networking and introductions enables Nick to assist with networking onsite where he also runs Adapt’s Social Media coverage.
